Stop 1

Hop off the boat for a quick stop at Bird Island. Here you will be able to explore the undeveloped beaches of the nature preserve, swim, or just feel the sand between your toes. Bird Island is the only remaining undeveloped barrier island system in Brunswick County and is one of the few protected natural island areas in the mid-Atlantic region. It has pristine sandy white beaches, high dunes, more than 1000 acres of beautiful salt marsh and meandering creeks, and is home to a wide variety of birds, animals and plants.

Stop 2

Pass by the beautiful governors lighthouse, the only lighthouse in Horry county. A local landmark, located in the small fishing village of Little River, SC the governors lighthouse was commissioned in 1984. It was built to honor all South Carolina governors past and present. The lighthouse is a facsimile lighthouse, meaning it cannot be used a navigation aid.

Stop 3

Pass by the historical gardens as you sail out to sea. Tucked away in Little River, just north of North Myrtle Beach, Vereen Memorial Historical Gardens offers a serene escape into nature and a journey through history. This 115-acre park is one of the Grand Strand's true hidden gems — ideal for families, pet owners, and outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure, tranquility, or both. This county-run park has no admission fee, making it a great, free activity for any age and must-visit destination for both locals and visitors.

Stop 4

Nestled in Coquina Harbor, Myrtle Beach Yacht Club is a prestigious marina, home to some of the most expensive boats in the area. Coquina Harbor is the second largest harbor in South Carolina.

Stop 5

Take a quick stop at one of the two barrier islands after you return from sea. One of these islands is called Waites Island. Waties Island is one of the last undeveloped barrier islands in South Carolina. This means it’s a beach parallel to the coast separated by a bay and the best part is there’s no construction or building on it, just pure wildlife.

If you are coming from Myrtle Beach please allow yourself at least 30 minutes of travel time to our dock. If you get stuck at the swing bridge (Sea Mountain Highway) do not wait for it to open, turn around and go back up the hill to the first stop light and take a right on Highway 90, from here your GPS will reroute you to the highway 17/highway 9 bridge; please call us right away if you have trouble finding us. No refunds are issued if you miss the boat.
