Where Do I Check In?
We are located inside The Landing, our café and gift shop, at 101 Dyer Street, Providence, RI 02903. The Landing is located at the corner of Dyer and Pine Streets in downtown Providence, next door to Capriccio Restaurant. (just a quick 6 minute walk from the festival grounds)
You will not receive actual tickets to check in. Simply check in with the last name on your reservation.
When checking in for your boat ride, explore The Landing, where you'll find Rhode Island and coastal-themed souvenirs, gifts, home goods, jewelry, totes, magnets,
t-shirts/sweatshirts/hats, candles, ornaments, locally sourced crafts & artwork, a full service coffee shop & ice cream parlor. You are welcome to bring a beverage or ice cream from The Landing with you to enjoy during your tour!
The Landing also sells beer, wine, hard seltzers and other alcoholic beverages that you may bring aboard with you. (BYOB is no longer permitted)
When Do I Need To Check In?
Our tours launch exactly as scheduled, and we cannot wait for late passengers, so you must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour for check in.
Can I Smoke On The Boat?
Smoking and vaping are not permitted while aboard.
Can I Bring My Dog?
Only service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are allowed aboard. Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy animals are not service animals and are therefore not recognized by the ADA or the State of Rhode Island.
Are The Boats Accessible?
Because our vessels were built specifically for us to navigate the low-hanging bridges throughout downtown Providence, neither of them are wheelchair accessible, unfortunately.
How Do I Tip The Captain and Guide?
Our Captains, Crew & Servers appreciate your cash or Venmo gratuities on site. Thank you!
