Special Instructions
• FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE CONTACT VIATOR/YOUR BOOKING CHANNEL PROVIDER - CYCLE PORTLAND IS UNABLE TO MAKE CHANGE REQUESTS FOR CLIENTS THAT HAVEN'T BOOKED THROUGH www.portlandbicycletours.com directly.
• Tour departs promptly at 1:00pm.
• Please arrive 15-minutes prior to departure to allow time to sign waivers and get fitted to your bicycle. Participants that arrive at or after the departure time may not be allowed on tour. Thank you for respecting other participants time commitments
• Please do not park curbside/streetside in front of the shop. This parking is not metered long enough for our tours and may result in an expensive parking ticket, or missing your departure due to needing to re-park
• The closest suitable parking is located across the street at the pay lot ($14), or one block away at the smart park building located at NW 1st and Davis ($5, our recommendation)
• Public transit is the best way to reach our shop, located just two blocks from the Old Town/China Town MAX stop. If arriving via car, plan to allow an additional 10-minutes to find parking
