London: Cook an Italian feast - Pasta and Pesto with Crostata

During this hands-on class, I will guide you step by step through the process of making fresh pasta from scratch and preparing traditional pesto using the classic mortar and pestle, just as it has been done for generations.
But the experience doesn’t end there. Together, we will also make a crostata, a simple yet delicious Italian tart, using a recipe passed down to me by my father.
