Meeting information: IST Airport meeting point is at exit gate 13!! There is a 24/7 welcome sign with code SW39 outside.
A member of our staff will greet you holding a sign with the code SW39 and will escort you to your vehicle. Please follow the staff member, as it may take around 10 minutes or slightly longer to reach the parking area.
After your flight lands, you will have 90 minutes to reach the meeting point. Kindly plan your arrival accordingly. Please note that if you do not arrive within this time frame, the reservation will be cancelled and we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued.
