Please note the following key details for your visit:
I. Your Booking (Read me carefully!)
☑️ Performance schedules are released monthly on the last day of the preceding month. As a result, reservations can only be made for dates within the current month.
☑️ If you booked a future date beyond the current month, you can either wait for that month’s schedule to be confirmed and amend your booking to an available date, or cancel it, as availability on future date is not guaranteed.
II. Performance Time & Venue
☑️ The venue is Ganzam Palace, a space celebrating Mongolian culture and performing arts—easily located on Google Maps.
☑️ Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, as traffic to and around Ganzam Palace can be heavy.
III. Check-In & Entry
☑️ Upon arrival, go to the reception desk. The reception is on your left, behind the pillar.
☑️ Provide only your full name under “Mongolia Explorer Tour” for check-in.
☑️ No Viator ticket is needed.
☑️ Follow the reception staff guidance to enter the theatre and take your seat.
IV. One/Two-Way Transfer Service
☑️ If you have booked an option that includes transfers, please provide a Google Maps link (not a text-form address, as it may be inaccurate) for your pickup location in Ulaanbaatar (hotel/accommodation), preferably at the time of booking, to ensure smooth and timely transport to the performance venue.
☑️ If this information is not submitted at least 24 hours before the activity, we cannot guarantee transportation arrangements and will not be held responsible for any resulting issues by any means.
