Tea Gathering with Bento Box and Sake Experience
Overview
In Japanese tea ceremony, the most formal tea gathering is called “Chaji”. Chaji starts with the building of fire with charcoal in front of the guests and a Japanese course meal, and finishes with two types of tea, thick and thin Matcha tea. The hosts put heart into accommodating the guests and the guests enjoy while expressing the gratitude towards everything that the hosts prepare for them. One of the most enjoyable part in tea ceremony is where the menu of the meal and the tea utensils always change depending on the purpose of welcoming the guests or on the season.
In this Experience , you can experience the meal part (we will make the course meal into a Bento box) and the thin Matcha tea with the tea procedure.
