Horseback Ride along the Traces of Ancient Romans
Overview
This horseback riding excursion is ideal for those new to horse riding or who wish to experience nature in a calm and engaging way. Starting from Cavedine, you'll follow a 3 km archaeological route through forests and traces of the ancient Roman road, with open views of the valley and surrounding mountains. The route has a very low elevation change and is paced slowly, making it accessible even for children and families.
The first 30 minutes take place in the arena, where you'll receive a briefing on horse handling techniques and do a short practice ride to feel comfortable before beginning the forest walk. A guide is always present and, if needed, will accompany participants on foot (especially children) to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone.
