In the heart of the Petite Fine Champagne you may find the Bertrand family who welcomes you to their family Domaine. An alliance of tradition and modernity, our product range reflects the knowledge of generations. During your visit you will discover our vineyard nearby where several varietals are found: Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Merlot and Cabernet. Visiting the Bertrand domaine you will also be able to discover our aging cellars and our distillery.

From an elegant breakfast to a dinner inspired by the great French tradition, have your lunch to the restaurant "La Distillerie". Our talented Chef Fröde Torset, imbued with a passion for brasserie cuisine, brings simple, delicious flavors to light. With a wealth of experience in gourmet restaurants, brasseries and bistros in France and abroad, he brings exceptional know-how to our team. His recent experience includes second chef at the prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant Bruno, as well as chef at the renowned VanCliff restaurant in Guadeloupe. Collaboration and camaraderie reign in this kitchen, where the emphasis is on fresh ingredients and respect for culinary traditions. Whether it's a casual meal with friends or a dinner for two, our kitchen team strives to create an authentic brasserie experience, where the pleasure of sharing good food in a relaxed atmosphere is at the heart of every plate.

This small-group tour will unveil the history of the estate, the expertise, and the secrets of the Bourgoin family, presented in a modern and elegant setting aboard a D4B, a vintage vehicle dating from the 1960s. You will have the opportunity to visit our authentic, still-operational aging cellar and our distillery, where the history of cognac will be explained. The winemaking process, the cru map, and the soil and geology aspects will complement the technical explanations regarding the production of our cognacs. You will also have the privilege of discovering the secrets behind exceptional cognacs by stepping inside the hidden cellar.
