How do I activate my pass?
Easy: simply visit your first attraction!

When does my pass expire? You have 1 year from the purchase date to begin using your pass. Once you activate your pass by visiting your first attraction, your pass is active for the consecutive calendar days purchased.

How do I get my Paris Museum Pass?
You'll receive a free Paris Museum Pass when you purchase a Paris Pass Plus from Go City. This added extra gives you free entry to dozens of top museums and monuments. You'll need to make sure you download it ahead of your trip to any of the included museums. Follow the instructions available on the Go City app and digital guide.

Where can I get the included guide?
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the Go City app. You will find everything you need including attraction information, a Trip Planner feature and the ability to reserve attractions directly within the app. You can also use the included guide - linked at the bottom of your pass document.
