You must contact Chichen Itza Sightseeing at least 24 hours before your activity date to confirm your reservation and arrange transportation. Use the contact details on your confirmation/voucher.
Upon pickup, please present your confirmation/voucher or photo ID in exchange for your activity.Vouchers can either be printed out or on your phone.Please send your exact hotel name, name on the reservation and tour date to chichenitza@cancun-sightseeing.com for your tour pickup time, as all hotels have a separate pickup time.
If you are staying in Cozumel, pickup is at the Señor Frogs by the ferry terminal at 7:45 am in Playa del Carmen.
If you are staying in Tulum, pickup is from the Super San Francisco de Asis grocery store on the highway at 9:15 am.
