Itinerary
1
Stop 1
Cabaret Moulin Rouge is the ultimate symbol of bohemian Montmartre. Toulouse-Lautrec did a lot of his painting work there. Dancers and clients both sat for him. A lot of his famous works depicts the cabarets of Montmartre.
2
Stop 2
Montmartre Village is the heart of old Paris charm, with narrow, cobblestone streets, ivy-covered buildings, and a cozy, bohemian atmosphere. Once a haven for artists like Picasso and Modigliani, this village vibe is alive in the bustling cafes, art-filled squares, and tucked-away gardens. A stroll here feels like stepping back in time, with each corner revealing a new story.
3
Stop 3
Moulin de la Galette is a beloved symbol of Montmartre's history, known for its iconic windmill and lively past. Once a bustling dance hall, it inspired masterpieces by Renoir and Van Gogh, capturing the spirit of 19th-century Paris. Today, it remains a picturesque reminder of Montmartre’s artistic charm, nestled among cobbled streets and leafy paths
4
Stop 4
Place du tertre is often referred to as Artists' Square. Local artists sell their art there. Or you see them put the final touches to their paintings. You can also have your portrait drawn. Or your caricature, if you dare!
5
Stop 5
The locals of Montmartre have their own vineyards. And they are proud of it. The plot of land is small, but it is very scenic. Hard to find, but so worth it. The view is striking - with vines in the foreground, and the white sacré coeur church in the background.
