Itinerary

Stop 1

We pick you up in front of your hotel in Paris and drive you to Normandy DDAy beaches. We bring you back in the end of the day. This is a private, tailor-made door-to-door tour.

Stop 2

Discover “Pointe du Hoc” where over 200 rangers scaled 90-foot cliffs on DDay. Visit a genuine bunker from WWII and see the craters formed by the bombs in June 1944.

Stop 3

American Cemetery with its 9000 aligned tombs, its memorial and museum + short film about DDay that helps you understand the context of the war. You could attend the Taps with the flag ceremony at the cemetery which takes place at 4 pm (low season) and at 5 pm (high season). This can change depending on the dates.

Stop 4

Walk on the beach where more than a thousand of brave soldiers gave their lives for our freedom

Stop 5

Meet a local producer of Norman cider, Pommeau, or Calvados – local spirits derived from apples. Your tasting experience will take place on the family farm that has been passed down from generation to generation since the First World War.

Stop 6
