Locate Your Ticket Number: Open your booking confirmation PDF. Your login code will be either a 10-digit number, or start with "BR-" followed by 10 digits, or "VIA-" followed by 10 digits.
Log In: In the app, select "Create" and enter your details. Use the ticket number as your Booking Reference.
Timing: Your code becomes active 24 hours before your selected booking date. You will not be able to log in earlier than this.
