Stop 2
(Schedule is flexible) Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, located in the heart of Ba Dinh Square, is the final resting place of President Ho Chi Minh, the beloved leader of the Vietnamese people. The solemn structure is one of the most important historical and political landmarks in Vietnam, attracting millions of visitors each year who come to pay their respects.
3
Stop 3
(Schedule is flexible) Hoa Lo Prison, often referred to as the “Hanoi Hilton” by American POWs during the Vietnam War, is a powerful historical site that offers a sobering glimpse into the country’s colonial and wartime past. Originally built by the French in the late 19th century to imprison Vietnamese revolutionaries, the prison later held American pilots captured during the Vietnam War. Today, only a portion of the original complex remains and has been converted into a museum, housing exhibits that document the harsh conditions, stories of resilience, and the indomitable spirit of those who were once imprisoned here.
