Here’s the itinerary for our Evening Motorbike or Vespa Food Tour: Duration: 4 hours Spend a fun and authentic evening exploring Hoi An like a local by motorbike or Vespa. Starting from your hotel, John Lee will take you through rice fields, quiet backstreets, and local neighborhoods away from the tourist crowds. Along the way, you’ll stop at carefully selected local, family-run eateries to taste Hoi An’s most famous dishes: Visit a local family to learn how Cao Lau noodles are traditionally made Try Bánh Bèo (steamed rice cakes with savory toppings) Enjoy Bánh Căn (mini rice pancakes) Taste Cao Lau and Quang Noodles (Mì Quảng) Experience authentic Vietnamese Bánh Mì Learn how to make and enjoy White Rose dumplings and Fried Wontons Finish with a delicious dessert: Black Sesame sweet soup After some final drinks and a cheerful “cheers” together, we will take you safely back to your hotel.
