3
Stop 3
Khai Dinh Tomb Visit the elaborate tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh, the 12th ruler of the Nguyen Dynasty. This mausoleum combines traditional Vietnamese architecture with European influences, adorned with intricate details and mosaics.
4
Stop 4
Imperial City (The Citadel) Step back in time as you explore the Imperial City, the historic seat of power for 13 Nguyen emperors. Walk through grand gates, majestic palaces, and serene temples, including Ngo Mon Gate, Five Phoenix Pavilion, Dien Tho Palace, and more.
5
Stop 5
Thien Mu Pagoda Experience the spiritual heart of Hue at Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Vietnam’s oldest and most iconic temples. Situated on the banks of the Perfume River, it offers a tranquil setting and rich history.
6
Stop 6
Nestled about 7 km southwest of Hue’s city center, on Huyền Trân Công Chúa Street near Vọng Cảnh Hill, lies Thủy Xuân Incense Village—a centuries-old craft hub dating back to the Nguyễn Dynasty. It once supplied incense to the royal court and has preserved its artistry across generations.
7
Stop 7
Hồ Thủy Tiên is an abandoned water park located near Hue, Vietnam, on Thien An Hill. Opened in 2004 but quickly shut down, the park became famous for its eerie, overgrown ruins—especially the giant dragon sculpture overlooking a lake. Despite its closure, it attracted urban explorers and photographers for years. Recently, the local government has begun restoring it as a public park while preserving its mysterious, abandoned charm.
