Airport Arrivals:
Note, it is very important that the airline and flight information shown above is correct for us to track your flights. We will monitor all flights. If you change planes in the course of travel, please contact us immediately.
Your pick up is a curbside pick-up, after landing, please look for a text or a phone call.
Arrival Wait Time:
Domestic - 45 minutes from the time your plane arrives
International - 60 minutes from the time your plane arrives
There is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate any change request due to other pre booked appointments. Although we will try our best. There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you if you go over the wait time or if your flight is delayed. The time you put down is the confirmed time. If you called to change after we may not be able to accommodate you.
Hotel Departures:
Your pick up time will be set to 2 hours and 30 minutes before your departure time. If you will like to change your pick up time please call the contact number listed below 48 hours before your transfer. Also, If your having trouble finding your driver please contact us at (877) 504-4634
Departure Wait Time:
Your chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes after the designated pickup time, then you will be considered a “no show”
