- There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.

- Cherry Blossom season (typically late March-early April) travelers will have time to walk along Cherry Blossoms trees. The official Cherry Blossom peak bloom dates are announced by the National Park Service closer to the dates. Please Note: cherry blossoms are a seasonal highlight, and when the trees are not in bloom travelers will still be able to enjoy the 10+ memorial stops and sightseeing portion of the tour without the trees. Please be advised of this when booking preferred travel date.

MEETING LOCATION
Please meet us at the tour departure location 790 Pennsylvania Ave. NW near the National Archives Building. The tour bus will be located near the corner of 9th Street NW and Pennsylvania Ave NW. Please look for the bus labeled "Signature Tours DC" or “DC Guided Tours” upon arrival. If the bus has not arrived yet, you will see a small “Signature Tours DC” or “DC Guided Tours” sign posted on a pole next to a bench where you may wait to check in. Please arrive no later than 9:30 AM. Tours depart at 10 AM.

Metro: Yellow or Green Line available to the Archives–Navy Memorial–Penn Quarter Metro Station. Find us across the street from the station near the National Archives.
Parking: We do not recommend driving, as parking is limited and traffic can be heavy. If you plan to drive, please allow 1 hour.
