- Participation Requirements: Most travelers can participate, • Participants must be between 4'0" (48 in / 1.22 m) and 6'5" (1.96 m) in height, • Children must be at least 48 inches (1.22 m) tall and/or weigh at least 50 lb (23 kg) to safely use the equipment and properly fit in USCG-approved life jackets, • Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may require the adult to perform most or all of the pedaling, • Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and safety briefing, • Once check-in begins, late arrivals cannot be accommodated, • Late arrivals will be considered a “no-show” and are non-refundable, • Tours operate rain or shine, • Weather conditions in the Caribbean can change quickly, • Bioluminescence visibility depends on natural conditions (moon phase, weather, and water activity), • The decision to proceed or cancel will be made at the meeting point by the lead guide based on safety conditions,
