• The guided tour ends at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. You can remain in the SUMMIT at your leisure following the tour.

• Gratuities for your guide that provided excellent service are appreciated.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.
• New York city tourist sites are among the most popular in the world, but please be aware that some locations may be unavoidably busy during standard hours.
• Due to the sensitivity of the SUMMIT One mirrored floors, soft soled or wedge heeled shoes are recommended. Stiletto heels are not permitted.
• Guests are encouraged to wear pants, leggings, tights, or any other type of attire that protects from unwanted exposure from the many reflective surfaces throughout the SUMMIT One spaces.
• We do not recommend bringing bags bigger than a bag pack. City Wonders is not responsible for dismissal of items or refused entry due to illicit items. SUMMIT One does not have a bag/coatcheck so please plan accordingly, as you will have to carry your belongings.
