Itinerary

1
Stop 1
The world’s most famous geyser, Old Faithful erupts with remarkable predictability roughly every 90 minutes. This iconic geyser, which lasts between 1.5 to 5 minutes.
2
Stop 2
Grand Prismatic Spring, Yellowstone’s most photographed thermal feature. You could think of it as rainbow colored water or a cosmic eyeball.
3
Stop 3
The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone is an often overlooked spot and often ends up being tour highlight. The canyon runs 20+ miles and holds the tallest waterfall in Yellowstone.
4
Stop 4
Located in the heart of Yellowstone National Park, Hayden Valley offers wildlife opportunities in its meadows and winding river. It’s a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers alike. You may see a pack of wolves, a herd of bison, a lone coyote, or a grizzly bear family. Test out your spotting skills in this iconic valley.
5
Stop 5
This scenic two-mile, one-way drive follows the Firehole River as it cuts through steep canyon walls creating a waterfall.
6
Stop 6
Stretch your legs with a 10 minute roundtrip walk to and from this waterfall.
7
Stop 7
Smell is the strongest connection to memory. Here is where you will smell sulphur, see bubbling mud, and hear the tide splashing in a cave. A must see! (and smell)
8
Stop 8
Completed in 1904 for $140,000 and registered as a historic site in 1987, Old Faithful Inn is a whimsical log-cabin style active hotel. It was the place to "be seen" for early park visitors with evening musical quartets and ballroom dancing.
