- Non-U.S. residents aged 16 and older will be charged an additional $100 park entry fee per person after completing their booking. This fee will be collected by the tour operator via a payment link or on the bus at the start of your tour. Note that “America the Beautiful Non-Resident Pass” holders do not pay the $100 fee, the $250 pass covers up to 4 people at the entrance.
- From November to March, when the trail is unsafe due to snow and ice, we replace the Sequoia hike with extra time in Yosemite Valley.
- The tour stops around 8:30am for breakfast, 1pm for lunch, and 6pm for dinner on the way back. Meals are not included.
- Free audio guides are available in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, German, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese. Please specify your preferred language under "Special Requirements" when booking.
- You will be picked up in San Jose by a shuttle and taken to a meeting point in the East Bay (livermore), where you’ll join your tour group.
- California law requires tour guests to bring a car safety seat for all children under 8 years and under 4' 9" (1.4 meters) in height
- Winter in Yosemite is much colder than San Francisco. Wear warm clothes and shoes with rubber soles and good traction.

• If your booking is less than 24hrs in advance please contact us immediately to re-confirm and schedule your pickup.
• It is recommended to check the weather forecast before this trip and dress appropriately, in summer it can be over 90-100 degrees Fahrenheit (32-38 degrees Celsius) and you may want to take swimming gear with you to cool down, in winter you may be in snow.
• During the winter months - please wear winter clothes, especially shoes or boots with rubber soles and treads, are recommended. We will always do what we can to make your trip enjoyable, but safety is "Job 1", so the route and itinerary may be changed due to snow depth, road conditions, construction projects and detours.
• Access to the Sequoia Grove can be difficult during winter months, generally October through May, and other activities may be substituted at the discretion of the guide.
• If you have an child under the age of 8 years or under the height of 4' 9", you MUST bring your own child safety seat to use on the tour. If the child is under 8 years and are 4' 9" (1.4 m) or taller they may use a safety belt in lieu of a car seat.
• As a courtesy to fellow passengers, it’s important to be on time. If you are late or miss a scheduled pickup time for the tour please contact our office IMMEDIATELY at +1 415-357-0700. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
• For foreign language audio: It is recommended to download files onto your device prior to the tour (as reception is not available in certain areas of the tour), please bring along your charged device and earbuds.
