• If you did not provide your hotel or flight information at the time of booking you MUST contact Karmel Shuttle immediately. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
• Changes to reservation: any changes must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service time. Arrival Instructions
• Upon arrival and collecting your baggage (if applicable), call Karmel Shuttle toll free at +1 888 995 7433. Or 714 670 67080. Provide the last name of the Lead Traveler or booking number and you'll be provided with instructions on where to meet your driver.
• If you are delayed due to baggage claim or customs issues, please call Karmel Shuttle to advise of the delay.
• If you encounter a last minute flight change (cancellations, delays, etc), you must call Karmel Shuttle as soon as possible. Failure to do so will result in a no show and a refund will not be issued. Hotel Pickup
