- During the trip, groups of 6 or more will travel in Nappa business class vehicles ; groups of less than 6 will use 7-seater business class vehicles.
- Due to vehicle type and passenger size limitations, each person is allowed one 26-inch suitcase. If this limit is exceeded and the luggage cannot be carried, the guest will be responsible.
- If you are traveling with a child (under 8 years old), please inform customer service in advance when booking, and provide the child's age and other information to ensure that a child seat (US$20/time) can be prepared in advance.
- Your tour guide will contact you the day before departure. Please keep your mobile phone accessible. If you are on a plane or cruise ship the day before departure, please inform us promptly so we can contact you in advance.
- During the actual tour, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, stop time, or meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
- Small group tours do not allow guests to bring their own national park annual passes and attraction tickets. If guests bring their own tickets, our company will refuse to provide transportation services for the day, and guests will need to arrange their own transportation. (Non-US residents may bring their own national park annual passes.)

Special Notes:
1. Participants who are unable to participate on the day of departure will be deemed to have automatically waived their right to a refund. No refunds will be given.
2. For other additional hotel accommodations or services, refunds will be subject to the policies of the respective hotel.
3. If the customer or the group withdraws from the trip due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accidents, etc.), no refunds will be given, nor will any other services be compensated for.
4. In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, war, and strikes, which make it impossible to visit the destination, the travel company will make every effort to ensure the safety of its customers and their property. The company reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure. No refunds will be given for fees already paid.
5. Each passenger is advised to bring no more than one suitcase measuring 26 inches or less.
