Our Alaska Wildlife Tours are led by experienced, naturalist guides who are knowledgeable not only about the wildlife but also about local culture, ecology, and conservation efforts. Their personal storytelling and in-depth knowledge can make a huge difference.
Our intimate small-groups offer a more personalized, in-depth tour experience, allowing guests better access to guides and a more peaceful environment for spotting wildlife.

Good to Know
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Public transportation options are available nearby

- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide (English and Spanish)
- Activity level is easy. Guests should be able to walk short distances on uneven ground. Trails surfaces vary from paved to uneven natural terrain. Tour participants must be able to walk a short distance and be able to get in/out of the tour vehicle with minimal assistance.We strongly recommend that guests requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and totally responsible for, providing assistance. Neither Planet Earth Adventures nor our suppliers may physically lift or assist guests onto transportation vehicles or otherwise.

Minimum Numbers Apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet tour requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative tour upgrade or receive a full refund.
You are responsible for keeping up with VIATOR correspondence regarding this tour as we use this portal for communications. It is important for you to review the information provided to you about your tour, and we use this system to contact you with any changes or cancellations of your tour.
You MUST provide a good contact telephone when booking, preferably a cell number while you are in Alaska. A landline or home telephone number does not help us in the event that we need to call you. We are not responsible for missed tours because we are unable to reach you.
Lunch is NOT included on this tour but your guide may offer lunch stop provided that the entire group is wanting to make a lunch stop. We provide complimentary light snacks and water while on our tour vehicle.

If you need to cancel your tour, you must contact VIATOR directly. We cannot take cancellation requests over the phone or text/email cancellations on behalf of 3rd party vendors. Leaving a phone message or sending us a text or email does not constitute a cancellation.
We will call you to confirm your booking 24 - 36 hours prior to your tour. You may also receive a call from your guide; receive text and/or e-mail from us the day before your tour to re-confirm pick up time and location.
