Pre-Ride Briefing:
All passengers must attend a mandatory safety briefing before boarding. Please arrive at the IFS Greenwich Peninsula Terminal at least 10 minutes before your slot time to allow for this.
Weight & Capacity Limits:
Each Glass Floor Cabin has a set passenger capacity: Standard capacity is eight people per cabin. Kindly note that, as your reservation falls within a shared time slot accommodating up to eight guests, cabin sharing with other participants may be required. If there is a guest with a mobility scooter/wheelchair, the capacity is reduced.
Clothing, Footwear & Belongings:
Please note that the Cable Car features a glass floor, guests planning to wear skirts or dresses may wish to consider their attire to ensure comfort and appropriate coverage during the ride. To protect the glass floor, sharp objects, high heels, and bulky items may be restricted. Sturdy footwear with non-slip soles is recommended.
