- You will receive another separate confirmation PDF voucher from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC by email or by what’s app messenger after the booking is made.
- Please keep only that PDF voucher or 7-digit order number(on your mobile phone is fine) received from the Tours Operator (Odyssey DMC) and show to the staff at the PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) entrance / ticket counter along with a valid photo ID for them to scan and collect the physical ticket.
- The booking confirmation is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.

- PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) has height restrictions based on each attraction. The Minimum height is 110 cm and if the child does not meet the height policy, it is not advisable to bring them along.
- Guests must pay an additional 5 AED at the venue for the gaming card
- PLAY Dubai ( VR Park) has the right to change any product without prior notice.
- Kindly wear clothes which will cover your knees and shoulders. Avoid shorts or any clothes which will not cover your chest, shoulders, and knees.
