After booking your ride with Imperial Voyage Transport TCI, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please have your confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) ready when you meet your driver. Upon arrival and clearing customs, please present your ticket to the airport dispatchers, who will be wearing light blue shirts and vests on the outside of the terminal.
They will then contact your driver and direct them to the terminal to pick you up. For departures, please contact the company the night before your scheduled departure to confirm your pick-up time if you'd like to book.
