Good to Know
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- Children 3 and younger are complimentary. Children 12 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Free hotel transfers only from Phuket Town, Patong, Karon and Kata. Outside these areas a small surcharge up to a maximum of 1000 Baht will be advised of time of booking.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time
- You can advise your preferred time of departure and arrival with I Asia after making the Booking.
- On Phi Phi Don the ferry arrives at/departs from Rassada Pier at Tonsai Bay, Phi Phi Island Village
- I Asia Thailand has an exclusive partnership with 'Safety in Asia’. Being specialists in Health & Safety management in the hospitality industry, they will guide us on the best hygiene practices available. 'Safety in Asia' is FTO (Federation of Tour Operators) approved.
- You may be required to sign and show copy of your Passport prior to boarding, as per Thai Law
