Itinerary

Stop 1
Our driver will pick you up directly from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai city. On the way, you will stop at a lively local market. Here, you’ll get the chance to see fresh Thai ingredients, learn how locals shop, and discover the herbs and spices often used in Thai cooking.

Stop 2
Upon arrival at the cooking school, our instructor will warmly welcome you. You will be introduced to the program of the day and receive a clear explanation of the different menu options. Each participant can choose their preferred dishes from the five categories we offer.

Stop 3
Take a guided walk through the school’s organic kitchen garden. Learn to identify essential Thai herbs and vegetables, understand their flavors, and discover how they are used in traditional cooking.

Stop 4
Start your cooking journey with step-by-step guidance from our experienced instructor. You will cook in 5 main categories: Curry Paste – Learn how to pound fresh curry paste by hand. Curry – Cook your favorite Thai curry using the paste you just made. Stir-Fried Dish – Master the wok with a delicious stir-fried recipe. Soup – Create a fragrant and flavorful Thai soup. Spring Roll – Prepare and roll crispy spring rolls. Each dish can be customized to your taste: vegetarian or vegan options are available, and you can adjust the level of spiciness from mild to hot.

Stop 5
After the cooking session, sit down in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared yourself. Share the meal with fellow participants and exchange experiences.

Stop 6
Once the class is finished, we will drive you back safely to your hotel/accommodation in Chiang Mai city.
