Overview

If you are in Zurich and fancy a trip north to Europe`s biggest waterfall, the Rhinefalls and see the iconic Black Forest, this is the trip for you. We will set off for the Rhinefalls, take a trip in a boat to see them and then cross the border into Germany and drive to up to Triberg and the tallest waterfalls in Germany. We will be checking out the local culture and no doubt sampling some local food and for sure sampling some Black Forest gateaux !! If time allows we will try and make it to the Lindt chocolate factory in Zurich on the way back.

Stop 2

Drive to one of the most famous lakes in the Black Forest and stroll lakeside along this picturesque lake. Visit the shops selling local wares

Stop 3

Drive into the heart of the Black Forest to the tallest waterfalls in Germany and walk 163m to the top of this iconic waterfalls

Stop 4

Visit Triberg im Schwarzwald is a town in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, located in the Schwarzwald-Baar district in the Black Forest. There are a number of things to do and see including the Black Forest Museum, the home of the Black Forest cake, the waterfall and the Cuckoo Clock museum
