• Your Park Güell tour will depart at 12:30 PM . Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure.
• The meeting point for the second part of your tour is at the "Carretera del Carmel" Park Güell entrance (Carretera del Carmel 23). Park Güell has two entrances, so please go to Carretera del Carmel 23 (not Carrer d’Olot) to meet the guide.

• This tour involves a fair amount of walking and stairs; comfortable shoes are recommended.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance.
• Entrance to the Sagrada Familia is subject to a strict dress code. Clothing must not be see-through, and trousers or skirts must reach at least mid-thigh. Swimwear is not permitted. Entry is also prohibited for visitors wearing festive or special attire, as well as decorations intended to distract or attract attention for artistic, religious, promotional, or other purposes.
• Please note that large bags/tripods/umbrellas/backpacks are not permitted and must be checked into the free luggage storage area. Please do not bring these items as you may need to leave the tour early to retrieve them at the entrance. Only very small bags are allowed.
• The organisation reserves the right to alter itineraries or close off areas of the Basilica for reasons of safety, restoration, maintenance, adverse weather conditions or occasional events.
