They don't need a ticket, just presenting the voucher to our guide is enough.
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour start time.
The guide will be outside the “Opera” metro station, in the Plaza de Isabel II (popularly known as “Opera Square”) with a red flag. Don't go straight to the Royal Palace. Your guide will introduce you as you stroll through the Plaza de Oriente before arriving at the Royal Palace.
