- Lunch is not included in the day tour price. Your guide will recommend local restaurants with an average meal cost of KRW 15,000–20,000 per person, paid directly by the customer. You are also free to choose any other restaurant according to your preference.
- A minimum of 8 people are required for this tour. If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified by email 3 days before departure with a full refund. For specific departure date requirements, we recommend confirming group status with customer service in advance.

Special Instructions
If you miss the tour (NO SHOW) on the day one reschedule is allowed. Contact customer service immediately on the NO SHOW day. The tour can be rescheduled to the same itinerary within 7 days of the original date (limited to confirmed departure dates). A rescheduling fee of KRW 20,000 per person is payable directly to the guide on the new departure day.
The tour is suitable for all ages with no age restrictions. Infants under 3 years old join free of charge (without a seat). For elderly travelers or those with mobility needs, please note this in the booking remarks and we will arrange front-row seating.
Once your booking is confirmed, a departure notification email will be sent to your registered email by 18:00 (Korea time) the day before the tour. The email contains a group chat link for direct communication with your guide. Please join the group upon receiving the email. If not received, check your spam folder or contact customer service.
The main meeting points are Hongdae, Myeongdong, and Dongdaemun, all located within a 5–10 minute walk from the nearest subway station exit. Detailed meeting addresses are listed on the booking page.
Tours operate as scheduled in normal rain or snow conditions. Cancellation only occurs during extreme weather (typhoons, blizzards, or severe weather warnings) when official authorities close attractions or suspend transportation. Customers will be notified via email and phone before departure.
You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time). Free cancellation is not available within 24 hours of departure for personal reasons. Refunds are only granted in three cases: (1) local medical certificate (diagnosis or hospital receipt), (2) official transportation suspension notice, or (3) official attraction closure due to weather. All cases require verification before refund processing.
