Entering the Karst area, you will cycle on quiet, easy and scenic paved roads through vineyards and ancient villages, where you can taste the famous Teran red wine and Karst ham. After the Lipica stud farm with its famous Lipizaner white horses and Škocjan caves with Europe’s largest underground canyon, you will reach the Slovenian part of the Istrian peninsula.
