Costa Nova's stallions, houses of colorful ribs, were born as fishing warehouses in the 19th century. Initially simple, they became decorative housing with the growth of bathing tourism. The transformation reflects the adaptation of fishing traditions to the "mode of going to the bath", marking the historical and cultural charm of the region.

A cruise on a mole originally used for catching the mole, is a unique experience that combines natural beauty, history and culture. Navigating in the traditional Moliseira boats through the canals of the "Portuguese Venice" is to dive into the essence of the city and its connection to Ria de Aveiro.

The new museum aims to show the history of the factory, the aesthetic evolution of porcelain production and its importance in Portuguese society in the 19th and 20th centuries, through one of the most complete museum spies of the genre, which has more than 30,000 pieces. "Salinas", "Marinas de Sal" or "Marinas" are the places, with special conditions, where salt is made through the evaporation system of sea water. This popular activity is considered the oldest and most characteristic of Aveiro, occupying the "Marnotos na Safra" during almost the whole year. The salines are also the refuge of numerous birds, in particular the limícolas.
