Here we will shred (walk through jr. de la Unión) as we did in ancient and modern times, and visit some chicken shops, where the history, preparation and ingredients of the broiled chick and the broaster chick will be explained, Here we will eat the broiled chick using local techniques (Top 1 local food in Peru)

Here we will enter senior blue one of the best restaurants in the center of LIMA, here we will taste the drink of the gods of the Incas (chicha de jora) will explain its origin and prepare We will also prepare ceviche (special gourmet class)
