On a cliff above the city bay stands a contemporary statue of Christ. Near a stream on the outskirts of the city is an ancient petroglyph. La Flor Natural Reserve is located south along the coast and is a nesting site for olive ridley turtles.

We'll travel to San Juan del sur for realaxing and enjoying the beach, our first stop is the statue of Jesus of Mercy located on the top of the highest hill of the bay, here we will have an amazing panoramic view, then we will know its port and the commercial area of the town. Located in the bay of the same name, 140 kilometers from the city of Managua and 29 kilometers from the city of Rivas. This port receives international ships and cruise ships, which anchor half a nautical mile from the dock, at a depth of 10 meters.
