Arrivals: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
Departures: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels and/or flights are not allowed.
All last-minute changes and/or delays are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Please double check that your accommodation does belong to the area of the selected option/rate. Failing to do so, may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your service.
We rely on accurate flight information (Airline, number, and schedules) and accommodation details, to provide you with your transportation services. All reservations with missing/wrong information will be put on standby and may be canceled on supplier´s sole discretion.
We do not hold responsibility on affectations from airlines changes, cancelations, delays nor natural conditions affecting your original travel plans, nevertheless, if any of the previous occur, we will work with you to find a convenient alternative.
In order to mark a reservation as a “No-Show”, we will gather evidence such as GPS data and/or location of our driver. All No-Show reservations are non-refundable.
