UPON ARRIVAL
Please go to our Customer Service Desk to present your ticket. After you have completed your e-waiver and you have been checked-in by a Customer Service Agent, you will receive a wristband for your tour and be directed over to the waiting area to await your tour guide. It is strongly recommended that you complete your e-waivers prior to your arrival in order to be directed to the fast-track line.
TRANSPORTATION
We DO NOT collect from the Cruise Terminal.
IMPORTANT: Same day bookings will NOT be provided transportation to the location.
Transportation provided from hotels, villas and short-term rentals is a shuttle. The hotel pickup time will vary based on distance. Our reservations or transportation logistics team will reach out to the guest to advise on their specific hotel pickup time. Please make sure to check your email for this information.
