Osaka Sumo Experience: Live Show, Try Sumo & Hot Pot Meal
Overview
Discover sumo through an interactive and educational show led by former professional wrestlers. This experience focuses on learning and interaction, making it different from official professional sumo tournaments.
Enjoy a full cultural immersion: try on a traditional kimono and haori, watch live bouts with rituals and refined movements, and step into the dohyō for hands-on training, including a friendly one-on-one match with a rikishi.
Optional Chanko Nabe lets you taste the nutrient-rich soul food rikishi eat to fuel their training, recreated from the stables where our performers once trained. Additional Japanese snacks—such as karaage, yakitori, and takoyaki—are available, with gluten-free and vegetarian options at no extra charge.
Families are welcome, with children aged 7–12 at discounted prices from ¥3,000 and 6 and under participating for free. Young guests receive priority during the hands-on rikishi experience, creating an unforgettable memory for all ages.
