Itinerary

1
Stop 1
This quick photo and refreshment stop offers your first postcard view of Mt. Fuji looming over the quiet town of Fujikawaguchiko. With the iconic Lawson convenience store in the foreground, it's a surprisingly popular spot among photographers seeking that perfect balance of everyday life and majestic nature.
2
Stop 2
Home to the iconic Chureito Pagoda, this hillside park offers one of the most celebrated panoramic views of Mt. Fuji. The five-storied pagoda framed by cherry blossoms in spring or fiery leaves in autumn makes for a truly unforgettable scene. Be prepared for a short climb—your reward is one of Japan’s most photographed vistas.
3
Stop 3
Just a short walk from Arakurayama Sengen Park, this nostalgic shopping street is lined with retro buildings, mom-and-pop stores, and cozy eateries. It’s one of the best places to capture Mt. Fuji aligned perfectly with a traditional townscape, evoking the charm of Showa-era Japan with a dramatic mountain backdrop.
4
Stop 4
[From April] True to its name, which means "City of Flowers," the park boasts millions of vibrant blooms that change with the seasons—from spring tulips and bright blue nemophila to endless fields of summer sunflowers and autumn cosmos. Please note that if the flowers at Hanano Miyako Park are not yet in bloom, we will visit the Fujisan Museum instead to ensure the best experience.
5
Stop 5
The largest of the Fuji Five Lakes, Lake Yamanaka offers wide-open views of Mt. Fuji reflecting off calm waters. Ideal for peaceful moments, photography, or lakeside relaxation.
6
Stop 6
The lakeside Hirano Beach area is a peaceful spot where you can walk along wooden piers or relax on benches, soaking in the serenity of nature as the sun dips behind Japan’s sacred mountain.
7
Stop 7
This tranquil village features eight pristine ponds formed by the snowmelt of Mt. Fuji, filtered naturally through lava layers. Surrounded by traditional thatched-roof houses, watermills, and seasonal blooms, the area feels like a step back in time. The clear ponds reflect the mountain beautifully—don’t forget to try the famous Mt. Fuji spring water!
