The meeting point is Shijo Kiyamachi. A guide holding a sign that says "Otatrip Guide" will be waiting between McDonald's and the Japanese restaurant Kikunoi Roan, located a little south along Kiyamachi Street (outside of the building). Since this is a group tour, please ensure not to be late.
