INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICKUP AT MBJ AIRPORT:
Upon arrival and after clearing Immigration and Customs, please go outside to the arrival area and proceed to the exit doorway located to the right of the INFORMATION DESK.
Once outside the terminal building, look to the right for your agent with a sign displaying GROOVY TOURS JAMAICA.
Please note that your agent is required to wait outside for you at most 3 hours after your flight has landed. If you suspect any delays that may cause you to be held up in the airport please notify the office at (876) 443-5737 as soon as possible.
If you do not see the agent for any reason, please call the office number (876) 443-5737 and the operator will assist you.
PICK UP FROM THE HOTEL FOR DEPARTURE:
Your pick-up information will be shared with you at least 24 hours before your departure date. If you have not received this information within the given time above please contact the office at (876) 443-5737 as soon as possible.
Our driver will meet you on the date and time scheduled for departure. If you do not see the driver for any reason, please call the office (876) 443-5737 and the operator will assist you.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Please ensure that you provide the correct flight information. Should there be any change in your flight prior to arrival, please advise us.
Please note that if you would like a cancellation and refund you need to advise us via email at groovytoursjamaica@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your booked arrival or depature date.
