  • Siena Cathedral is not accessible on Sundays and during celebrations
  • Luggage can be stored on the bus during the tour, if needed
  • Return at departure point: approx. 6:00pm. To reserve other activities, allow plenty of time, in case of heavy traffic, etc.
  • Entrance fees + guided visit inside the Siena Cathedral, can be purchased directly from your guide, on the day of the tour - Euro 15,00 per person. Not available on Sundays or during celebrations
  • For cruise ship passengers only: if your ship docks at Livorno or La Spezia Port, be advised that the driving time to the meeting point in Florence is approx. 2 hours. Before booking, be sure your ship schedule works with our departure times, and you have your own transportation arranged from the port to Florence and back.
  • This is a shared tour and you will be expected to maintain the pace of the group. If you have limited mobility we highly recommend to book a private tour for your best enjoyment.

Late arrivals, for any reason, are considered as a no-show (NO REFUND)

IMPORTANT!!
We cannot hold the tour for late arrivals because it would be disrespectful to other guests arrived on time. If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Keep also in mind, it is not logistically possible to join the group after it has started. Arrive at the right check-in time, or a few minutes earlier, is the best way to be relaxed, enjoy your experience from the beginning, maintaining the good mood of the group

HOW TO GET THERE:
By walk from the Florence SMN Train Station:
- From Piazza della Stazione (Stazione Square), leave the Train Station on your left, and walk towards Via Valfonda (Valfonda street), keeping the tram rails on your right.
- At the end of Via Valfonda, go to the traffic light on your left and across the street in front of you (Viale Filippo Strozzi), turn left, and walk till the end of the fortress red-brick wall (on your right), then turn right and go straight for approx. 100 meters (110 yards).
- There is a parking lot in front of you; the meeting point is on the left side of the street, (opposite to the parking lot), at the bottom of the highest red-brick building, exactly where the PRESTIGE RENT red flag is.
By taxi: reserve it in advance, and ask the driver to bring you directly to Piazzale Montelungo (NOT PIAZZALE MICHELANGELO)

HOW TO RECOGNIZE YOUR TOUR
Look for a red flag or the checkin table, with the PRESTIGE RENT logo;
IMPORTANT: In order to avoid confusion, even if you booked through Viator or TripAdvisor, tell the staff at the checkin, you are with PRESTIGE RENT, the operator that arranges the booked tour.
