Please meet your guide at the meeting point, 19 Avenue de la Bourdonnais 75007 Paris, to redeem your voucher. You will not be able to redeem it at the Eiffel Tower.
When at the meeting point, the guide will be outside the souvenir shop. Do not go inside the building.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. The guide will be waiting for you there. Latecomers will not be able to join the group, no refund will be possible as per the Eiffel Tower policies.
