- Passengers who have flights at the airport get priority disembarkation. Disembarkation time can only be confirmed once you are on board.
- The prices are based on 1 to 2 adults traveling with 2 big suitcases, 2 small suitcases in a Sedan, 3 to 4 adults traveling with 4 big suitcases, 4 small suitcases in a Minivan, 5 to 7 adults traveling with 7 big suitcases, 7 small suitcases in a 7 seater Van and 8 adults traveling with 8 big suitcases, 8 small suitcases in a 8 seater Van

Cruise terminal pickup procedure.
When you have collected all your luggage you will come into the arrivals hall in the cruise terminal where the driver will be standing displaying a name board with your name. At the selected pickup time that has been selected on this reservation.
(Please do not wait for your driver or our representative at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)
If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver, please call our Free UK number on 0800 612 8914.
If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time, an additional charge will apply £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
If you wish to change the pick-up time, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule. Additional charges may be applicable and payable directly to the driver on the day.
