Itinerary

Stop 1
Pick-up from your hotel, guest house, or preferred location in Luxor. Begin your journey southward through the Nile Valley toward Edfu approx 2 to 2.5 hours.

Stop 2
Stop 1 – Edfu Temple Highlights: One of Egypt’s most complete and best-preserved temples. Dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. Explore its massive pylons, spacious courtyards, hypostyle hall, and the sacred boat sanctuary. Visit Duration 2 – 2.5 hours. Drive to Kom Ombo Continue southward along the Nile for approx about 1.5 – 2 hours. Enjoy peaceful rural landscapes and Nile-side villages en route.

Stop 2 – Kom Ombo Temple Highlights: A unique double temple devoted to Sobek (crocodile god) and Horus the Elder. Admire detailed medical reliefs, ancient surgical tools, and visit the Crocodile Museum with real mummified crocodiles. Visit Duration: 1 to 1.5 hours Final Drive to Aswan Depart toward Aswan around 1 – 1.5 hours depending on road conditions. Drop-off at your Aswan hotel or location of choice by early evening.
