Saray El Nil Dahabiya
Overview
Step aboard Saray El Nil, a rare and authentic dahabiya originally built in 1882 and meticulously restored in 2019. Measuring 33 meters in length and 6 meters across, this elegant vessel blends 19th-century heritage with refined comfort. Crafted with an original iron hull and a traditional wooden superstructure, she sails gracefully with twin masts and is assisted by her tugboat Saieed when winds are low.
The lower deck features seven deluxe cabins, including a grand queen-bed suite with a private terrace, three queen cabins, and three twin cabins—each fully air-conditioned and equipped with en-suite bathrooms, luxurious linens, and traditional finishes.
The upper sun deck offers hand-crafted 1920s-style seating, a bar, and a stunning glass-enclosed dining room with climate control and panoramic views. Guests can enjoy chef-prepared meals and relax in serene surroundings. Saray El Nil is ideal for those seeking a timeless, intimate, and culturally rich Nile cruise.
